**Junior Producer**

As a Junior Producer, you will assist in managing the end-to-end production process, supporting the Sr. Producer in delivering high-quality creative content. You’ll help coordinate projects, manage timelines, and ensure a smooth workflow across all production phases. This role requires strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Onboarding: Support the Sr. Producer in onboarding new clients/team members to the Shuttlerock platform, providing comprehensive support and assistance to lay the foundation for long-term client satisfaction.
- Client Engagement: Assist in managing day-to-day client interactions, ensuring excellent communication and responsiveness. Attend and participate in regular client check-ins, including QBRs.
- Production Support: Assist in the planning and execution of pre-production, production, and post-production activities, including managing project timelines, budgets and deliverables.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from ideation and briefing to delivery, ensuring highly detailed management and execution at each stage. Track project progress and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines and deliverables. Facilitate internal and client-facing WIP meetings o to maintain communication and transparency. Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables have been quality checked and meet client expectations based on the brief, brand guidelines and platform best practices. Work closely with creative teams to provide feedback and implement revisions.
- Resource Management: Help build and maintain a network of freelancers, including videographers, photographers and stylists. Assist in the coordination of freelancer bookings for projects, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Creative Expertise: leverage creative expertise and organisational skills to ensure delivery of best-in-class service and creative. Stay up to date on industry creative trends, new offerings, and best practices to contribute to client education.

Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a production, studio coordination, project management or similar role, ideally in an agency or in-house setting.
- Experience in understanding and producing content for digital platforms, including optimising client briefs to deliver effective creative solutions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and navigate challenging conversations
- Ability to lead communications with internal and external stakeholders, driving alignment and ensuring clients are satisfied with outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Passion for creative, content production and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Be able to work on site 2 days a week (flex needed)
