**About the role at North Star**

In this role you will develop a deep understanding of the Braze product and domain expertise of the digital marketing landscape. You'll create relevant content for the Customer Success Team, supporting the team with their customer interactions and contribute to the team hitting renewals, retention and new channel adoption goals.

You will support the Customer Success team to empower our customers to adopt Braze, helping create value from our product and analyse customer use-cases to challenge and recommend best practice. You will help optimise product usage, adoption, and enhance our customers marketing programs. Junior Customer Success Managers work with commercial account managers to ensure successful renewals and upsells and solicit and synthesise customer product feedback to contribute to product development.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
