**How will I help?**

As a Junior Dealer, you will be part of the highly specialised Balance Sheet and Product team within Financial Markets (FM). This team is responsible for providing pricing, execution, structuring and product management for interest rate products while also having a balance sheet management and sales function for FM term deposits.

This opportunity will allow you to grow your career and will provide a fantastic learning opportunity across a broad range of financial markets products. You will support senior dealers in the pricing, structuring and execution of interest rate risk management for loan and interest rate derivative products as well as FM’s term deposit products. Additionally, you will provide key support to the financial markets sales teams that service Corporate, Business, and Private Bank customers.

**What do I need?**
- A passion for Financial Markets with ideally experience in the financial services industry
- Strong numerical skills and a love for investigating and solving financial problems with business partners
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate written and verbally to a range of stakeholder groups
- Advanced knowledge of Excel

**Objectives of the role include**:

- Pricing, structuring, and execution of interest rate hedging products (including FRBBBLs, Swaps, Caps, Collars, and more) for Business Bank customers and FM Term Deposit products for WIB, Business Bank, and Private Bank customers.
- Strong collaboration with the financial markets sales teams and other product areas to drive customer solutions.
- Performing administration and support functions critical to the management of both Financial Markets Deposit products and interest rate hedging products, including deal reconciliation, reporting, data analysis and ESG product governance.
