**The Role**
Reporting to your supervisor, you will assist with customer service support and responding to participant enquiries, along with a range of administrative support tasks. These entry level roles can be undertaken full time or part time, and we are open to working with you to fit around study or other schedules.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the APS Level 3 Customer Service Officer may include:

- following guidelines, with good attention to detail, and adhering to procedures, you will help us with reviewing client documentation to make sure it is correct and everything has been properly submitted so the client can be promptly assigned to a case officer.
- being open to feedback, willing to take direction, and pitch in to help others. We are looking for people who are comfortable being part of a team and will assist with undertaking a range of entry level administrative support and general office duties.
- being willing to contribute to achieving a positive and innovative organisational culture.
