**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Contract Documentation**: Develop, implement, and maintain key contract management documentation such as templates, schedules, reports, submissions, and contract change proposals.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor contract administration, manage performance and risks, and take appropriate actions to ensure successful contract outcomes.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and manage a high-performing team, utilizing your people management skills to foster a cohesive and effective work environment.
- **Complex Problem-Solving**: Engage in complex problem-solving and issue management, driving strategic, political, and operational outcomes for Defence.
