**About the role**

The Food and Beverage Supervisor challenges our expectations and brings new and exciting ideas to create exceptional guest experiences across our amazing spaces.

Some duties include:
- Running their allocated event/meal period/section, assisting in managing staff and concept delivery.- To liaise with guests.- To maintain a very high standard of personal presentation.- To maintain a high level of service to all guests at all times.

**Skills & experience**- Demonstrated experience in a similar role- The ability to work under pressure in one of Sydney’s busiest kitchens- Passion for culinary excellence- Excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills- Team player- Sound knowledge of current food trends
