Job Title: Pool Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our pool facilities and Learn to Swim program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and high-quality aquatic experience for all participants. This includes managing pool operations, coordinating staff schedules, maintaining facility cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Pool Operations Supervisor will also play a key role in optimising the Learn to Swim program through high-quality lesson delivery, staff training, customer engagement, risk management, workplace safety, and continuous program improvement.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee daily operations of pool facilities

– Manage pool operations including water quality control and equipment maintenance

– Coordinate staff schedules and assign duties

– Maintain facility cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety regulations

– Optimise the Learn to Swim program through high-quality lesson delivery

– Provide ongoing training for swim instructors

– Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction

– Implement continuous improvement strategies

– Collaborate with Stellar Operations Manager on risk management and workplace safety initiatives

Qualifications:

– Associate degree or equivalent experience in Leisure & Sport management or related field

– Lifeguard certification (required)

– First Aid/CPR certification (required)
