As the Venue Manager, you will be spearheading the launch of our exciting new restaurant, joining our team in this pivotal role. You will oversee the successful operation of our vibrant venues. Your role will involve maintaining high standards of service excellence, driving financial success, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Plus, you'll have the chance to work alongside a celebrity chef, adding to the excitement and prestige of this opportunity.

**About the Role**
- Handle budgeting and financial reporting to ensure our new restaurant's success.
- Lead and motivate our team to deliver top-notch service as we launch our exciting new venture.
- Train and support staff to provide exceptional service in our dynamic environment.
- Streamline operations and maintain compliance with company procedures to keep things running smoothly.
- Ensure clear communication with stakeholders, guests, and our team for a seamless experience.
- Prioritize safety and compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Drive sales and build a loyal customer base for our innovative new restaurant.

**About You**
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering a positive work culture.
- Demonstrated ability to implement training programs and drive staff development.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Current qualifications as a Food Safety Supervisor preferred.
- Valid ACT RSA
