Executive Liaison Officer

**About the Role**
The primary responsibility of the Executive Liaison Officer is for the day-to-day administration and operations support to the Associate Dean (Teaching and Learning) [ASD] and the Director of Curriculum.
This will include proactively managing and anticipating the flow of the work and set priorities; working efficiently and with great attention to detail to ensure that all activities of the ASD and Director are planned and executed smoothly and in a professional manner.
The position sits within the Pathways Teaching and Learning team. It will also work closely with Student Journey, Wellbeing, Student Experience and the Marketing and Admissions teams within Pathways and with the broad Shared Services teams across the whole of the College.
**Skills & Experience**
To be considered for this role, you must have strong knowledge, skills, and demonstrated work experience in providing administration and customer service support at executive level. Solid working knowledge of office processes and business policy development, strong technical knowledge and experience managing to a budget with multiple deadlines is required. The ability to maintain confidentiality is a must with the positively to contribute and work within a team environment, in addition to working independently.

**Salary Range**: Band 3 FTE $76,758 plus 10.5% superannuation plus 17.5% leave loading
