In this role, you will build effective relationships with relevant directors and department managers, ensuring a sound understanding of their people needs and issues. You will translate business requirements into effective people practices, delivering solutions aligned with business objectives.
A little bit about the role
As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning people solutions with business objectives. You will deliver expert advice, guiding business units through critical planning and management of organisational change and workforce development. Your role involves leading and participating in workforce reviews and change management initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation of corporate-wide and targeted business-specific solutions. You will be instrumental in driving a strong safety culture within your client groups.
In this role, you will build effective relationships with relevant directors and department managers, ensuring a sound understanding of their people needs and issues. You will translate business requirements into effective people practices, delivering solutions aligned with business objectives. You will influence management and leadership around the people agenda, providing expert advice to senior management on a wide range of initiatives to ensure informed decision-making.
You will play an active role in the design, delivery, and implementation of corporate-wide and targeted business-specific solutions. Additionally, you will partner with managers in your client group to drive a strong safety culture.

You are a dynamic and experienced HR professional with a passion for driving positive change within an organisation. Your ability to build strong relationships with directors and department managers is second to none, ensuring you have a deep understanding of the people needs and issues within your client group. You excel at translating business requirements into effective people practices and are adept at influencing management and leadership around the people agenda.
Your expertise in providing strategic advice on a wide range of initiatives empowers senior management to make informed decisions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to fostering a strong safety culture.
Employment Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in Human Resources, Management, Behavioural Science or a related field or comparable experience.
- Proven experience in the provision of contemporary people, culture and development areas, including health and wellbeing and industrial relations.
- Proven experience in the provision of internal advice and consultancy services to leadership stakeholders.
