**About the role**

Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, and experienced People & Culture professional (P&C) to join their team on a part time basis, 4 days per week.

Reporting to the General Manager P&C, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive P&C advice across the employee lifecycle. This will include Enterprise Agreements and policies and processes, hence your sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Employment legislation to enable you to coach and support staff will be critical.

You will also assist with performance management, recruitment, safety and be able to work autonomously on various projects to support continuous improvement as well as implement engagement, culture, recognition and workforce developments to meet our strategic and operational business requirements.

**Key responsiblities**
- Provide advice as well as coach and support to operational and business teams in relation to the entire employee lifecycle;
- Involvement in onboarding, safety, wellbeing and Workcover related responsibilities, as and when required;
- Provide support regarding employment issues, concerns, grievances, or complaints;
- Undertake workplace investigations and related responsibilities to facilitate this process as per our Enterprise Agreement.

**Skills & experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Law (or related);
- Previous experience providing advice, coaching, support in relation to employment and workplace relations agreements, policies and procedures;
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills and an ability to build strong stakeholder relationships using your excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise work and undertake projects in conjunction with core support and advice requirements in an autonomous manner.
