**How you will make an impact as a WHS Business Partner**
- Implement WHS strategies and ensure compliance across your region.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations with timely reporting.
- Deliver safety training and coach leaders to build WHS capability.
- Analyse data, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Minimum of a Cert IV OHS / WHS, but Diploma or Graduate / post graduate OHS qualification preferred
- Minimum of three years working in a similar role - ideally Health or Aged Care
- Experience and sound understanding of the WHS legislation and WHSMS
- Demonstrated work history managing successful WHS and IM improvement projects
- Commercial outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; personal presence
- High level of computer literacy, focussing on Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Webex
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail whilst maintaining efficient use of time
- Stakeholder management; ability to secure their time and attention
- Demonstrated experience in project planning, Change Management and implementation.
- Ability to achieve outcomes through others
