Join Salesforce and discover a future of new opportunities. - ** ***Role Description**: **About Team** - Growth Business Account Executive covering Commercial within the Consumer Goods channel. - Territory is aligned by local geography and region **About Role** - Selling our Core 360 solutions across a set of existing Salesforce customers as well as breaking into net new logos in your assigned territory - Increasing revenue spend - You will be working in a fast-paced, innovative and growing environment **Your Impact** - You will lead the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales whilst growing existing accounts. - Leading strategic accounts and relationships across the team - Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s). - Recruitment and enablement of Partners - Engage with prospect organisations to position salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, case definition, return on investment analysis, references and analyst data. - Run the sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc. - Accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery. - Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings - Handling industry events and user groups to generate market interest **Basic Requirements** - Minimum 3-5 years sales experience (preferably Software or Business Applications) - Excellent interpersonal, communication and people skills - Validated track achievement against targets and metrics - Credibility internally and with customers - Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement - Successful history of net new business and existing business upsell - Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals - Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.). **Accommodations**: **Posting Statement**: At Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
