- James Jamieson**The Company**: I’m currently working with a Logistics company who are based on site at one of their client sites in Western Sydney. They specialise in supporting leading Pharma & Biotech companies with the transport and distribution of temperature-controlled and time-critical shipments. They are now looking to add a Customer Service Agent to their ranks as the business continues to grow.

**Success Profile**: We are looking for someone with previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service in the transport and logistics space - ideally with a background in Pharmaceuticals/temperature-controlled products. They will have to be able to handle varying workloads and have strong stakeholder management skills and a strong work ethic.
