Overview

We are currently seeking a Casual Customer Service Agent to join our operations team.

Responsibilities

- Initial client welcome, visit enquiry and executive lounge service
- Flight administration, including set-up and billing
- Meeting room and bathroom facility management and refreshment
- Passenger and crew escort to / from aircraft and lounge
- Passenger and crew escort through T1 International Terminal
- Driving of crew and passengers both airside and landside
- Enquire and assist aircraft crew with requests pre and post flight
- Coordination of third-party suppliers, ie. making catering, hotel and limousine bookings and ensuring these arrive on time for aircraft arrival or departure
- Maintenance and cleaning of the premises, including company vehicles and ramp equipment

Requirements / Qualifications

- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 20kg
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a luxury service experience
- Must be reliable and motivated to work on a flexible roster, including on weekends
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Be fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication and computer literacy skills
- Be immaculately presented
- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
- Must hold a current Drivers Licence
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency required

Additional information

Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment.

This position is employed on a casual basis, working a rotating flexible roster across 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, including weekends. Strong availability is a must
