**Customer Service Agent | Banking | Sydney**

Tenacity CX are Australia's leader in Recruitment and Consulting Solutions to the Customer Experience and Contact Centre industry. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team based in Sydney CBD.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Inbound customer service calls regarding home loan products and services
- Assisting in processing/back-office support
- Efficiently solving problems whilst delivering exceptional service
- Learning new things and being involved in change management
- Ad hoc duties as required

**What we look for**:

- 2 years inbound customer service contact centre experience
- Previous retail or phone-based banking experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communications skills
- Highly organised with strong administration and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a can-do attitude

You will be required to work on a rotating roster between Monday - Friday 8 am - 8 pm & Saturday - Sunday 8 am - 6pm. You won’t have to work every weekend but will need to be flexible.

If you are on a visa you will be required to have VEVO check and if successful, your visa must be in date for at least 6 months.
