**About the Role**
As our **Business Application Specialist**, you’ll lead the support, optimisation, and continuous improvement of our **Clinical Management Software (CMS)** platform — a critical system that empowers our clinical and care teams to deliver the highest standard of care.

You’ll collaborate closely with **clinical, quality, and IT teams**, ensuring that system design and configuration align with organisational goals and enhance the day-to-day experience of our staff and residents.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves **combining technology, user experience, and process improvement** to make a real difference.

**What You’ll Do**

- Support, configure, and maintain the CMS across all environments.

- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to understand business needs and translate them into intuitive system solutions.

- Lead enhancements, testing, and deployment of new features and modules.

- Manage governance, access, and system security in line with policy and compliance standards.

- Drive **cross-team collaboration** and ensure system improvements are user-led and outcomes-focused.

- Partner with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure high system performance.

- Champion continuous improvement through data, feedback, and innovation.

**What You’ll Bring**

- Working knowledge of **UX design, change enablement, and governance frameworks**.

- Familiarity with **privacy, compliance, and data security** standards in healthcare.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Ability to **translate technical detail into practical, user-friendly solutions**.

- Exposure to **software development, testing, or release management** processes is highly valued.
