If you are able to deliver advice and support to our staff to help enable them to deliver exceptional dementia care and services to our residents, then this is the role for you

You will take a hands on approach to developing our dementia care strategy and oversee key projects to ensure the alignment of service development, training and capacity building in relation to dementia care.

**Your focus in this role will be**:

- Delivering advice and support to enable For Purpose Aged Care to deliver exceptional dementia care and services.
- Leading the implementation of strategic projects which deliver on our ambition to be experts in dementia care.
- Supporting the business to create and maintain strategies for dementia services. These strategies will guide the growth, partnerships and resourcing of dementia services across the business.
- Developing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships to exchange information with key stakeholders to inform strategic and operational decisions related to dementia projects, programs and services.
- Actively supporting and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness.

**About YOU**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree or higher** in (management/health/allied health/social services sectors) and experience in a similar position or comparable experience.
- ** Extensive experience working with people with dementia** as well as carers and families and an understanding of relevant Service Systems, including My Aged Care and the National Disability Insurance Scheme
- Experience in leading teams in an aged care or care services role.
- Familiarity with wellness programs, including data collection, analysis, and collaboration with general practitioners (Desirable)
- Experience in policy development and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives (Desirable)
- ** Team spirit and the ability to work independently** and across multiple teams
- ** Demonstrated awareness of the organisation’s vision, mission and values**:
