As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a **Business Coordinator** to keep operations running seamlessly and support our team across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale.

**About the Role**

This is a diverse, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of our operations—managing workflows, streamlining communication, and supporting management with key projects and business initiatives. **What You’ll Do**
- Coordinate day-to-day business operations across multiple departments.
- Provide administrative support, reporting, and project coordination for management.
- Oversee schedules, deadlines, and business processes to ensure efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to keep communication clear and on track.
- Assist with e-commerce operations including product updates, stock management, and customer service alignment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support business growth initiatives.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in business coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel a must).
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver on deadlines.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or a product-based industry is highly regarded.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
