SELECTION CRITERA

Qualifications & experience
- The successful applicant will have a relevant qualification and at least 3 year’s experience in a range of Human Resource functions.
- The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience utilising computer-based LMS and HRIS systems.
- The successful applicant will be confident and equipped to take responsibility for all HR functions with direct accountability to the CEO.

Key tasks & responsibilities
- Coordinate HR planning, recruitment and selection, onboarding and administration of current and new staff, ensuring compliance and management of HRIS employee details, qualifications and records.
- Advise and support management and staff in IR, WHS and award compliance and implementation alongside relevant NDIS/disability service compliance and audit requirements.
- Manage the development, implementation and evaluation of learning and development, particularly LMS and training, with staff.
- Manage staff counselling and performance management, compensation and reviews, career planning, staff rewards, wellbeing and engagement.

Core skills required
- High levels of organisation and proven ability to process, store and engage with employee and company data in a timely manner.
- Ability to interact and engage effectively and cooperatively with staff and management at multiple levels of the business.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively to achieve desirable outcomes for the company.
- A calm but firm personality with the demonstrated ability to intervene and successfully identify and manage performance issues and promote strategic business outcomes.
- Full Covid-19 vaccination status is mandatory within the disability sector.
