We are a well-established private billing urology clinic in the Deakin seeking an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values providing excellent service and working in a structured and supportive healthcare environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and maintain a welcoming front desk environment
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and assist with patient queries
- Process payments and manage account reconciliation
- Liaise with external healthcare providers and facilities as required
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Assist the clinical team with general administrative tasks
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical reception or administration (required)
- Familiarity with general practice software (e.g., Best Practice, Shexie, MedTech)
- Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional personal presentation
- Positive attitude and a willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
- Australian work rights (required)
