MCES provides professional and high-quality Ophthalmic Health services to the community. We strive to achieve this within a pleasant and friendly environment consisting of an establish and experienced team.
- Previous work experience, such as customer service, hospitality or Healthcare. Prior Medical Reception experience not required.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour. Both face to face and over the phone.
- Will be well presented and always punctual.
- Have good organisation and time management skills.
- The ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Desire to learn new skills including assisting with surgical bookings and general administrative tasks.

The role will require patience, especially during stressful situations and busy clinics, as well as good listening and interpersonal skills.

In-house training will be carried out alongside our senior receptionist, and will commence as of the agreed upon start date. In addition, external training and extra curriculum encouraged and available through us if you have the desire. Continued support will be offered to gradually improvement your knowledge and capabilities to perform all the tasks required of a Medical Receptionist.

Ideal start date between October

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Rotating roster
