Experienced Medical Receptionist Required

Montague Rd 7 Day Medical Centre is seeking an experienced part-time Medical Receptionist to join our team in West End, Brisbane QLD. As a key member of our healthcare administration team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth running of our medical practice.
**What you'll be doing**
- Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments, including following up on any missed appointments
- Handling patient enquiries, both in person and over the phone, and providing accurate information
- Assisting with the registration and admission of new patients
- Maintaining electronic patient records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
- Preparing consultation rooms and ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Performing general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Liaising with other healthcare professionals and providers as required

**What we're looking for**
- At least 2 years of experience working as a medical receptionist in a General Practice
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and other team members
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and data security
- Flexibility to work within the part-time hours required for this role
- A passion for healthcare and a desire to contribute to the wellbeing of our patients
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
