Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration: Process payroll for employees accurately and on time using Xero. Ensure all payroll data is up to date and compliant.
- Xero Management: Send invoices and quotes using Xero, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Maintain records for all transactions.
- ServiceM8: Assist with scheduling jobs and tasks to staff using the ServiceM8 app.
- Social Media Management: Assist with creating and scheduling content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Booking & Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of quotes, installations, and appointments, ensuring that the company’s calendar remains up to date.
- General Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations across various departments.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in office administration or similar administrative roles.
- Proficiency with Xero or similar accounting software (prior experience is preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $25.33 - $31.74 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
