The Head of Product role will create and deliver an innovative product strategy, including the development of strong product culture and management competencies, to create reusable capabilities-as-a-service across Bupa and our partner ecosystem to accelerate pace, agility and growth across the APAC market. As an accomplished change agent and practitioner of lean, agile ways of working you will be passionate about systems change and using data to make decisions, measure progress and transform healthcare. This is both a strategic and a hands-on delivery role. You will bring a deep understanding of contemporary product management, experience design and the health ecosystem.

The impact of this role will be measured through network effects: as we broaden and deepen the scale and usage of reusable capabilities, we increase our pace, agility and ability to transform the healthcare ecosystem, becoming the first place that customers go for their healthcare needs.

About You

To be considered for this role you will have:

- Relevant Tertiary qualifications, relevant product or industry qualifications or extensive professional experience in contemporary product management.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, digitally savvy, with exceptional influencing, analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to think big, start small and scale fast with inherent understanding of digital, data and transformation.
- Expertise in modern forms of product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and product development process and execution
- Ability to interpret insights to design product value propositions and innovation offerings that are competitive and marketing leading
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to think differently and lead change across the business
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
