**Your Role**

As our Head of Product, you’ll lead the next chapter of product innovation at Plexus. You’ll work directly with the CEO and alongside high-calibre functional leaders to redefine how product is built—bringing lean practices, cutting-edge AI tools, and continuous discovery to the forefront. You’ll be instrumental in helping us scale by significantly increasing product velocity and impact, while keeping our team focused, agile, and high-performing.

This role is perfect for a hands-on, strategic thinker who can blend vision with execution, lead a small but mighty team, and create products that deliver transformational value to enterprise clients.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Leading weekly product discovery loops, including rapid prototyping and user testing.
- Driving cross-functional collaboration with Engineering to define and validate solutions early and often.
- Delivering key customer outcomes—aiming to lift Net Revenue Retention to 115%, increase NPS by 15%, and reduce support per active user by 20%.
- Bringing structure to chaos—using frameworks like Jobs To Be Done to prioritise initiatives with the highest ROI.
- Building and mentoring a lean, high-performing team who think like owners.
- Championing customer obsession by owning the voice of the customer, market insights, and the product roadmap.
- Driving strategic and data-led decisions—balancing quick wins with long-term differentiation.
- Developing effective go-to-market strategies and working closely with commercial teams to launch new features with impact.

**About You**

You’re a product leader with depth and versatility—you've led successful teams in SaaS environments and thrive in small, agile, fast-moving companies. You're naturally curious, commercially minded, and obsessed with creating value for customers.

You likely bring:

- Experience as a Head of Product or Senior Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
- A track record of driving high-impact outcomes and increasing product velocity without bloating the team.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and emerging product development techniques (e.g. Vibe Coding).
- An intuitive product sense paired with strong data acumen.
- Deep stakeholder management experience and a natural ability to influence across the business.
- A growth mindset and a bias for action.

Nice to have: Experience in legal tech, or working with in-house legal teams.
