Head of Product | Game-Inspired UX

We're looking for a creative design leader who's passionate about using game mechanics to build engaging digital experiences. If you've worked in game design or know how to apply elements like progression, rewards, and interactivity to drive user engagement and conversion, this role could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the vision for conversion-focused UX, combining game design with user-first thinking.
  • Align design goals with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Design interactive user journeys using game-inspired elements like rewards and progression.
  • Build playbooks to apply gamification across different industries.
  • Make sure designs are accessible, responsive, and work well on all devices.
  • Stay current with gaming UX trends and bring fresh ideas into digital products.
  • Introduce new features like dynamic feedback and personalized flows.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in UX, game design, or digital product design, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in gaming or applying game mechanics to non-gaming products.
  • A track record of designing UX that improves conversion and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of behavioural design and gamification.
  • Great communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders.
