**About the role**

The role of the Team Support Coordinator, People Advisory, is accountable for enabling the team and the CRM platform that supports their work to perform the core function of executive search to a standard that allows our client to be market leader in our field.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a regional team on highly impactful projects at some of the region’s most well-known organisations.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support in populating talent maps and assisting in the production of deliverable documents for clients.
- Delivery of key assignment documentation including proposals.
- Writing, editing and formatting of correspondence
- Own the maintenance of the CRM system
- Assists with end-to-end client assignment management.
- Assist as required with internal/external event coordination.
- Provide senior executive support.
- Manages business-sensitive information

**Skills / Experience**

You will be an experienced administrator with the ability to work in a professional environment, as well as:

- Solid written and verbal and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft365 suite.
- High degree of resilience, tolerance and initiative.
- Strong project management experience.
- Project coordination skills - able to work to deadlines.
- Outcome focused with a high attention to detail.
- Exemplary time management and organisational skills.
- Polished people skills, including a professional telephone manner and ability to interact positively.
