**Assistant Manager (Kitchen-Focused) - Sneaky Burger Wollongong & Albion Park**

Sneaky Burger is a proudly local, fast-growing burger brand known for premium ingredients, consistency, and culture. With venues in **Wollongong** and **Albion Park**, we’re on the lookout for a **hands-on Assistant Manager** who thrives in a busy kitchen and loves creating consistency, structure, and leadership across both stores.

**The Role**:
This is a **dual-site leadership position** working across Wollongong and Albion Park, with a focus on kitchen operations. You’ll oversee kitchen prep, cooking standards, and food quality to ensure every burger meets Sneaky’s standards — while also supporting front-of-house staff and daily service operations.

You’ll work closely with the Regional Manager and help build a strong, well-trained team. The role suits someone who has already mastered the kitchen and is ready to take the next step into management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise kitchen teams across both locations
- Maintain food quality, prep standards, and kitchen cleanliness
- Manage par levels, stock rotation, and service efficiency
- Oversee and support front-of-house staff as needed
- Train and mentor junior staff to build confidence and consistency
- Ensure both stores operate smoothly and meet Sneaky’s standards

**What We’re Looking For**:
Minimum **3 years experience** in a **fast-food or high-volume kitchen**
**Strong leadership and communication** skills
**High attention to detail** and consistency in prep and presentation
Confident working both **independently and under pressure**
**Professional and reliable**, with pride in your work and appearance
Balanced experience in both kitchen and customer-facing roles preferred
