**The Role - Make an Impact**

As our **Assistant Manager**, you’ll play a key role in making our club the best place for fitness in Wollongong. Working closely with the **Club Manager**, you’ll help create an **inclusive, energetic, and results-driven environment** while supporting daily operations and driving membership growth.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Engaging with Members** - Build strong relationships, support their fitness journey, and create an uplifting gym atmosphere.
- **Driving Membership Growth** - Assist in sales and marketing initiatives to attract new members and retain current ones.
- **Keeping Operations Running Smoothly** - Help manage day-to-day club operations, including admin, facility upkeep, and compliance.
- **Leading with Passion** - Inspire our team and members with your enthusiasm for health and fitness

**What We’re Looking For**:
A customer-focused individual with **excellent interpersonal and communication skills**.
**Strong organizational skills** with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
A **genuine passion** for health and fitness, with a desire to grow within the industry.
Current **First Aid & CPR certifications** (or willingness to obtain).
**Police & Working with Children Checks** (required for working with under-18 members).
**Bonus**: Certificate III or IV in Fitness, Personal Training certification, or experience in the fitness industry.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Penalty rates
