ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will:
Assist the Store Manager in increasing performance to achieve targets

Contribute to all aspects of the store including serving customers and stacking shelves

Assist the Store Manager with the training and development of the team

Order and maintain stock availability

Ensure the health and safety of all Team Members and customers are met

Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $44,528.85 - $70,339.86 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wollongong NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
