About the Role

As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll work alongside a Senior Property Manager and gain valuable hands-on experience across all areas of property management and leasing. Your day will include:

  • Assisting with day-to-day portfolio management
  • Conducting open homes and processing rental applications
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Supporting with ingoing and routine inspections
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

About You

  • Some experience in real estate (junior level welcome)
  • Current Certificate of Registration (COR) and driver's licence
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
  • Proactive, professional, and eager to learn
