What you’ll contribute to

An excellent Opportunity has come up for a Product Administration Specialist. The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for supporting the product planning function’s validation of marketing materials and technical product information in order to ensure that all TMCA products are accurately represented in the public domain.

The role is part of the Product Planning & Development (PPD) Division which is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all product activities in order to ensure new products are optimised to meet the future needs of customers. The Product Information Specialist

This is a max term role until July 2026 and is based at Altona.

How you’ll make an impact- Implement agreed product information processes and procedures consistent with set policies in order to ensure that all TMCA products are accurately represented in the public domain.- Assist in the development of product information processes and procedures consistent with set policies to ensure that all TMCA products are accurately represented in the public domain.- Validate all marketing data in order to reduce risks by ensuring specification accuracy in the public domain.- Support senior product planners with vehicle specification and product management- Maintain accessory and parts information through utilisation of various business information systems in order to ensure all stakeholders are provided with accurate and timely information.- Assist with the provision of advice and guidance to stakeholders on vehicle specifications in order to ensure that they have the required resources and information.

Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- You have a relevant previous experience- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- You have strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.- An understanding of the automotive industry and strong passion for vehicles would be desirable.
