Building on our strong TPS heritage, our goal is to establish a Centre of Excellence that enhances our collective knowledge and expertise, delivering value to Toyota and all its stakeholders.

The Toyota Production System (TPS) Specialist plays a key role in driving strategic operational improvements across Toyota's internal teams, external business partners, and selected organizations from other industries, with the aim of enhancing Toyota's brand reputation. • Deliver specialist advice and support the implementation of training and coaching services—both onsite and offsite—for internal teams, external business partners, customers, and not-for-profit organisations. This is aimed at sharing knowledge of the Toyota Production System (TPS) and its practical application, helping partners strengthen and grow their own brand.
  • Support the implementation of project schedules and monitor performance against key milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external business partners, customers, and not-for-profit organisations to build effective partnerships and enhance Toyota's brand reputation.
