Seeking an experienced Finance Analyst / Business Partner to join this global logistics organisation.

Our client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain freight and contract management established in Australia for over 15 years. **Your new role**
We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Business Controller to assist in achieving the Vehicle Logistics divisions Business plans. The role will provide direct support to the Business Controlling Manager with a main focus on driving profitability and supporting customer retention.

You will manage reporting, lead state based P&L reporting, and support business changes as required.
Conduct financial tracking, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, balance sheet review and accruals.
Drive efficiencies via process improvement, reporting and standardisation.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process within the Vehicle Logistics division.
Mentor and guide junior members of the finance team.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or Business and have experience working as a Financial Analyst, Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant within a large global organisation.
You will have a strong understanding of cost drivers (ideally within a supply chain organisation). Strong written and verbal communication is a must as this is a true business partnering position. Experience with SAP or HFM would be highly regarded.
