Immediate full time vacancy for an experienced Fin Bus Partner to join a large construction organisation.

Based in Altona our client is one of Victoria's largest construction organisations with over 30 years experience of award winning performance.

**Your new role**
Based on recent organisation continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the team reporting to the Finance Manager and overseeing an Assistant Financial Accountant in a full time permanent capacity.

The role will be responsible for:
reporting and budgeting, cost control and strategic financial analysis, including forecasting and cash flow projections, financial compliance, auditing and reporting, and most importantly, engaging across the business working with internal and extremal stakeholders to increase efficiency and improve processes.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Degree qualified in Business, Finance or Commerce and holding a CA, CPA qualification you will have demonstrated commercial skills as a Finance Business Partner with strong emphasis ability to analyse cost data, cost accounting and management reporting. You will have a high level of financial analytical skills in developing project financial statements and cash flow models and you will have advanced IT skills and excellent communication skills.

On offer is a salary equivalent of up to $130k plus super commensurate on experience.
