We are recruiting for the below role for our client.

- 7 months contract with possibility of getting extended

SEO Support
- Responsible for the provision of SEO deliverables to market eg., Publications, Tools, Equipment, Training, Diagnostics
- Facilitate market/Dealer publications validation, issue resolution and publishing.
- Ensuring local market requirements, including legal and regulatory requirements, are identified and captured
- Facilitate market/Dealer tool, equipment and diagnostic hardware/software sales and support issue resolution
- Implement regional SEO functional deliverables and track metrics and costs in the local market using the appropriate tools

Concern Identification and Resolution (CIDR) Support
- Identify unresolved customer concerns in all IMG markets for the assigned vehicle line(s) using the Global Common Quality Indicator System (GCQIS) and the Quicker Service Fix (QSF) process
- Interface with core engineering activities as required to support the product concern resolution efforts
- Monitor and track emerging issues and days to closure in line with Global metrics
- Own the process of writing Dealer communications for the assigned vehicle line(s) in accordance with the Global Authoring Standard
- Manage information to ensure the right messages are published to address concerns in a timely manner

Experience / Skills Required
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Engineering or a Trade qualification with more than 3 years’ experience in various SEO roles
- Broad vehicle systems knowledge across all/multiple vehicle areas including Powertrain, Chassis, Body and Electrical/Software systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Above average proficiency with MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel Project
- Ability to manage critical timing and conflicting demands
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, working with different leadership levels
- Previous experience/roles within SEO will be advantageous
- Familiarity with Dealer Service operations will be advantageous

Working Hours
- Working hours days and times will be primarily in line with the Company working hours. - The normal working week is 40 hours
- Staff are expected to be flexible and accommodate variations due to workload variations
- Being an International Markets Group (IMG) within a global organization, some meetings afterhours are required
- Staff will be provided flexible work hours with which to compensate for any out-of-hours’ time
- A hybrid working from home and working from the company offices in Campbellfield will be supported in line with standard company requirements
