**About the company**
- This opportunity is for one of Australia’s largest energy retailer, this is a Receptionist position within the Workplace Experience team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Receptionist or someone with experience in customer service in this customer facing. This role has a high focus on providing a positive experience for every customer and client.**Responsibilities**
- First point of contact in person and over the phone
- Providing an exception customer experience that goes above and beyond your typical reception role
- Meeting and greeting visitors, meeting room operations and bookings, communications, emergency, and security management, mail, events, and catering
- Providing an interface between your back-of-house/operational peers and the business
- Visitor and contractor check ins
- Supporting space planning discussions with the business
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required

**Requirements/Skills**
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal. Must be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional customer service skills - must provide an experience
- Maintain a high attention to detail
- Experience working in a busy reception/ administration role
- The ability to prioritise, multitask and work under pressure
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing and competing demands
- Intermediate computer skills across the Microsoft suite of products
