**What’s the role?**

As our new Process Excellence Manager, you’ll lead the way in shaping how we govern, document and maintain our processes and procedures across Cash & Transactional Banking Operations (CTBO). You’ll define best practices for procedure documentation and drive a culture of excellence through coaching and leading our process community of practice. Additionally, you will lead our multi-year journey towards a future-proof knowledge system on Confluence. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, working standard business hours.

**What do I need?**

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about building clarity and structure, working with a variety of stakeholders and continuous improvement. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

- Significant experience in process excellence and/or business analysis, with strong experience in process documentation and writing
- Confidence working with tools like Confluence (or a willingness to learn)
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- An innate curiosity and motivation to continuously upskill in process documentation and governance, and the ability to distil these learnings with our knowledge community of practice
- The ability to deliver training and support teams on best practice process writing, working with stakeholders of varied seniority and across both run and change teams
