**Create your best future and join Westpac as a Process Excellence Manager** **What’s the role?** As our new Process Excellence Manager, you’ll lead the way in shaping how we govern, document and maintain our processes and procedures across Cash & Transactional Banking Operations (CTBO). You’ll define best practices for procedure documentation and drive a culture of excellence through coaching and leading our process community of practice. Additionally, you will lead our multi-year journey towards a future-proof knowledge system on Confluence. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, working standard business hours. **What do I need?** We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about building clarity and structure, working with a variety of stakeholders and continuous improvement. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: - Significant experience in process excellence and/or business analysis, with strong experience in process documentation and writing - Confidence working with tools like Confluence (or a willingness to learn) - A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - An innate curiosity and motivation to continuously upskill in process documentation and governance, and the ability to distil these learnings with our knowledge community of practice - The ability to deliver training and support teams on best practice process writing, working with stakeholders of varied seniority and across both run and change teams Ready to lead meaningful change and help shape the future of operational excellence at Westpac?
