Business Process Improvement Lead

Easy Authoring is seeking an experienced Business Process Improvement Lead who will be responsible for identifying system improvements and solutions.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Lead improvement project teams in the procurement program to deliver significant & measurable process improvement benefits.
- Manage multiple workstreams that drive improvement to the performance metric.
- Prepare progress reports/presentations for the appropriate forums to demonstrate tangible progress and outcomes.
- Facilitate sessions to identify data-led improvement opportunities.
- Maximise coaching, training, and professional development opportunities to continually develop the team’s skills and capabilities.
- Identify system improvements and solutions to support the improved process plus leading prioritization efforts.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt with experience in managing complex projects and leading programs of work. Ideally 7+ years’ experience in process improvement (Lean Six sigma - including DMAIC & PDSA) and transformational projects, ideally within Procurement/Supply Chain environments, work processes and systems in a large organisation
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma and/or similar process improvement methodologies to identify process waste and develop, identify and validate root causes with data, develop valid and reliable measures, as well as improvement plans for the improvement initiatives agreed by the business.
- Strong analytical/ statistical analysis skills, including the understanding and ability to set up valid and reliable process measurement - use of process statistical tools e.g. MINITAB or SigmaXL etc.
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills including communicating and influencing across senior management levels in a hybrid organization.
- Experience and high level skills in coaching, mentoring and communication - meant to provide individual & team support, and ensure Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma capabilities scale across the broader business.
