We are currently searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People and Culture team at our beautiful office based in Alexandria. This role is full time and temporary for 12 months (with a view to make permanent), and hybrid, with a mix of work based in the office and at home.

At Assembly Label, we're building a team of collaborative entrepreneurs, collectively working for a company with a shared vision and open culture. You have previous experience in either internal or agency recruitment, preferably in fashion retail, and are confident with high volume retail recruitment. You are a strong and confident communicator, able to build trusting relationships with your stakeholders. To be successful you will need to be agile, and able to develop creative solutions to support the business. You have high attention to detail, are an exceptional executor with good time management. **Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for developing inclusive recruitment policies and strategies for acquiring new talent in collaboration with the People and Culture Manager.
- Responsible for end to end recruitment for roles across all areas of the business.
- Responsible for analyzing the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring.
- Responsible for reporting, analysing data and trends and making recommendations.
- Responsible for researching talent acquisition trends and identifying ways to improve processes.
- Responsible for representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Support the People and Culture Manager in any ad hoc tasks or projects as required. Responsible for self-development and career growth.
