**Account Manager**
As a key stakeholder in our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our many clients using our software platforms to streamline, and automate risk processes.
**The role**:
The Account Manager will assist in leading customer and partner success initiatives. We are seeking a technically savvy Account Manager with a strong drive for results.
As a result of our extensive growth, we are currently adding multiple specialists to our national operation.
**The key responsibilities of the position include**:
- Building strong relationships with our existing customers in Australia
- Management of ongoing communication with clients
- Ensuring continued client satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities to expand product adoption
- Collaboration with our Sales Team
- Collaboration with our Executive Team
**Requirements**:
**Applicants should have**:
- 2+ years account manager/customer success experience
- Sound technical knowledge/skills (desirable)
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- High degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Positive, confident and determined approach
- Desire to work as a part of a winning team
- Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
- Supply copies of all educational qualifications
