**About the Role**:
Looking to take your recruitment skills to the next level? Look no further Were on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our tight-knit HR team and take the reins as our in-house Talent Acquisition Lead.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, Annie, youll be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent for clinical roles nationally. As our in-house Talent Acquisition Lead, youll have the opportunity to work alongside our Talent Acquisition Specialist, and if you are interested in leadership, there is opportunity to take on direct management responsibilities with both in-house and external theoretical and practical leadership training to support your development.
Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with State Managers and the Senior Leadership Team to forecast recruitment needs and close recruitment gaps
- Reporting on recruitment activity
It would also be great if you are interested to:
- Learn about management and leadership
- Work with the People & Culture Manager on strategic recruitment initiatives and National 360’s Employer Branding
- Review current recruitment practices, provide recommendations for improvement, and support the implementation of accepted recommended changes
**About You**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment, with some experience in an in-house recruitment role within a high-growth organisation
- Experience within the health and disability sector / NDIS (favourable but not essential)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Motivation to drive continuous improvement across all areas of the recruitment function
- A success-driven ethos with the motivation to achieve recruitment KPIs
