Now, we're looking for a dynamic Venue Operations Specialist to lead our Alexandria team to new heights.

The Role

We're searching for a natural-born leader—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing high-performing teams, and delivers exceptional guest experiences every day.

As Venue Operations Specialist, you'll take full ownership of the venue as if it were your own business. That means overseeing financials, rostering, hiring, training, and team leadership, all while being supported by a strong upper management team.

Who You Are

You're an energetic and motivated leader who embraces challenges and excels in a hands-on role. You know how to build a positive, high-performance culture while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

At least 3 years' experience in a leadership or management role within the hospitality industry

A proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving results

A passion for developing and coaching teams to be the best they can be

The ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively

A hands-on approach and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-moving environment
