**THE ROLE**:
Due to expansion we have a fantastic opportunity that has come up for an enthusiastic individual to join the team as our newest Cleaning Supervisor You will:

- Facilitate hands on education and cleaning training sessions in our head office in South Melbourne
- Ensure cleaning team members are appropriately onboarded, trained and inducted for their roles
- Implement productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure that all services are delivered to 100% of the Scope of Work requirements
- Lead the team by providing cleaners with a clear understanding of goals and targets
- Be part of a team that is focused on improving the future of Domestic and Bond cleaning services.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Has worked for at least 3 years in the domestic cleaning industry as a cleaner.

No supervisor experience needed
- Track record of delivering high levels of customer service, staff management preferred, but not essential
- Demonstrated problem-solving and project-management skills
- Ability to work independently and with Management
- Intermediate IT skills and willingness to learn service systems
- Knowledge of general and bond cleaning standards, practices and procedures
- **Driver's licence**, car and mobile phone

The job is 5 days per week. Working from home 3 days per week and working from our office 2 days per week. Hours can be flexible for the right person.

**Salary**: $48,750.00 - $55,000.00 per year
