We have recently started providing our services for premium aged care facilities across the South-East Melbourne Area and are currently seeking **hardworking**,**reliable** and **friendly**team members who have great communication skills and supervising experience to join our team at **La Trobe University (Plenty Rd, Bundoora VIC 3086)**

**The position**
- Part Time Supervisor
- Saturday & Sunday from 6:45 AM to 15:15 PM (16 hours per week)

As a member our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within each residential home, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and other workers.

**Requirements**:
You will need to provide proof of the below compliance documentation as part of the recruitment process:

- A valid Police Check
- Working with Children Check - Employee

As the **Supervisor**you will be responsible for coordinating the work of Grade 1 Cleaners on site, being the first point of contact with our client and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered for them. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Attend daily briefings with our client and other contractors working onsite.
- Completing equipment checks and reporting any issues to the Manager.
- Working in a safe manner that does not disrupt others.

- Staff training
- Indidents reports
- Performance reviews
