- Supervise and lead the team_ to ensure high standards of cleanliness
Perform tasks including_ strip & seal, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning_
- Maintain effective communication and foster a positive team environment_

**What We Are Looking For**
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to handle lifting, carrying, and kneeling
Proven experience in periodic cleaning techniques and team supervision
A clean National Police Clearance and an Employee Working with Children Card-
**Location**: Parkville, VIC
**Pay rate**:$35.32 per hour plus Super
**Shift Times**: Monday to Friday evening from 19:15 to 23:45

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:
Leading a team of approximately 10 staff members
Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility, including offices, reception, workshops, bathrooms, communal areas, and foyers
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, staircases, and surfaces
Bio-cleaning might also be required at times**What we offer you**:
