**Full-Time Cleaning Supervisor**

This is a great opportunity to be a part of a leading and progressive commercial cleaning company.

We are seeking a second committed Cleaning Supervisor who is _highly_ experienced in _all _aspects of commercial cleaning.

**The role**
- You will responsible for supervising our many sites across various sectors including body corporate, aged care, display homes, and offices.
- Supervising and developing staff and client relationships
- Oversee scheduling, training, and routine productivity to deliver day to day cleaning activities
- Assist the Manager to build a positive and transparent culture.
- Site inspections and reporting
- Monitor the use of consumables and replenish as required
- Maintain stock, plant, and equipment to a high standard
- Ensure all occupational health and safety processes are observed and followed

**Requirements**:

- The successful applicant will be a dedicated Cleaning career-minded person
- Cooperate with our other Cleaning Supervisor
- Organize a work site and supervise staff
- extensive hands-on experience in commercial cleaning
- possess excellent communication, organisation, time management and reporting skills
- proven leadership qualities
- the ability to work flexible hours

**Salary**: $85,000.00 per year
