**Description**:
Based 20min out of Melbourne CBD and 10min away from St Kilda this position will be reporting to the Cleaning Services Manager this exciting Full-Time position has become available for a professional and organised team member to work with one of Assetlink’s clients. The role will be responsible for performing overall cleaning work on-site.

The Role

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Full-Time Cleaning Supervisor to support one of the Shopping centres in the inner suburb of Melbourne. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, are passionate and have a strong desire to make a difference.

**The Roster for this role is**:
Monday to Friday - 6:30am - 2:30pm
(Weekend shifts are also available as overtime)

**Responsibilities**:
Supervising a cleaning team
Supporting the Cleaning Manager on staff-related matters.
Provide effective leadership to cleaning personnel, including mentoring and training.
Leading and inspiring team members to deliver superior guest experiences;
Performing administrative functions, such as incident reporting, assisting with staff rosters, etc;
Meet and exceed contract cleaning requirements.
Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with the client.
Understand customer security, environmental and safety requirements.
Following Occupational Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
Responding to general cleaning, periodical, preventative and emergency incidents or queries.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be considered for the position you must have the following**:
A minimum of 6-12 months of experience in retail/commercial cleaning
Previous experience Team Leading /or supervising a team
Strong understanding of hard floor cleaning practices and related machinery
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to give direction and instruction to people.
Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure.
