**People and Culture Coordinator**
Brisbane, Qld
In response to our ongoing growth we are now seeking to recruit an HR professional to join us in the brand new role of People and Culture Coordinator. Based in our Brisbane head office and reporting to the Group HR Manager A&NZ this role will be critical to supporting and encouraging our people across Australia and New Zealand to reach their full career potential.
The People and Culture Coordinator will:
- Take ownership of the HRIS and the internal training system
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process
- Assist with the success of recruitment processes
- Review and update position descriptions
- Assist managers in the performance management process
- Assist with the sponsorship of international recruits
- Take ownership of the Company wellness initiatives
- Assist in policy and procedure review and creation

**About you**
- Tertiary quals in related field
- Experience in a similar role would be great but not essential
- Collaborative, adaptive communication style
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment with mínimal supervision
- Competent user of Microsoft systems
- An interest in emerging technology would be an advantage
